Yes. I really like the South Beach. It's healthy and has lots of tasty recipes.

Yes, it's a fat burner if you have a gut. It consists of drinking 2 glasses of water before each meal. Simply follow this- any flavored instant oatmeal and black coffee or you may add splenda. Midsnack low protein drink/or 4 egg whites. Lunch is 8 oz tuna fish or  8 oz  chicken *** fixed with a salad use low fat or fat free dressing. You may have cottage cheese to snack on in between. For dinner again you may have the tuna fish or chicken. You may have vegetables, but no corn. You may have brown rice and baked yams. The ideal is to stay under 1400 calories and drink your 2 glasses of water before each meal. You only have to exercise once a week. It can be a 20 minute brisk walk or an aerobic workout. Do 30 sit ups a day. Guaranteed to lose 1'' and 6 lb/wk. My husband and I are doing this and so far it is working.

YES Larry Norths Great American Diet, you eat current foods at a specified time to rebuild your metabolism, you have to eat more food 5 meals a day and walk 15 minutes a day. Exercisizing is 3 1 minute exercises, one minute of knee bends, next time one minute toe raises, and last pushing off wall one minute.  Relatives have lost 73 pounds in 30 days, 68 pounds in 27 days ( diet is Doctor approved, by their doctors) it's great
