U.S. Job Satisfaction Drops

NEW YORK – Americans have become increasingly unhappy with their jobs over the last two decades, and there's little to suggest a significant reversal in attitudes anytime soon, according to The Conference Board. Today, less than half of all Americans say they are satisfied with their jobs, down from 61% 20 years ago.
Today’s newest entrants to the work force are the least satisfied with their jobs. Less than 39% of workers under the age of 25 are satisfied with their employment situation.
